WHAT WE DO IN THIS KIDS CLASS:

KBA is promoting self-defense programs for schools that helps to develop confidence, fitness, and self-defense techniques. It helps children and kids to learn skills of personal safety.



OUR GOAL :

KBA teaches about defending themselves from various types of threats during FUN in school, on-street, or with unknown attacks by anti social elements in society. Our children need proper care and guidance during classes, so we have made to age groups as 6-10 years and 11-16 years old. We focus on specially designed syllabus kids as develop through plays and challenges during a training session.

  • To protect themselves from more than one person.
  • understanding of the situation and use of the school bag as a tool to neutralize the attacks or threats.
  • How to prevent and escapes during the conflict.
  • Our training session develops the children's decision-making power very instinctive.
  • Our workout methods help children to become mentally and physically strong.
  • It helps them to lose fat and reduce stress.

KBA teaches the foundation of other sports as martial art, boxing, and wrestling but at the same time, we don't support and promote any kind of unnecessary violence. We don't want our kids to learn traditional martial art Karate for competitive tournaments only but to self defend themselves on street or anywhere.
