WHAT IS KRAV MAGA?


Krav Maga is the close combat self-defense and fighting system developed by Israeli Defense Forces. It was developed by Hungary-born Emrich ‘Imi’ Lichtenfeld ( Imi Sde-Or) who became a successful wrestler, boxer, and gymnast later as Chief Instructor of Israeli Defense Forces after the State of Israel was formed in 1948.

Krav Maga is a combination of techniques sourced :

Krav Maga is the close combat and hand to hand self-defense system of the Israel Defense system.IT gives you an idea of instinctive response with defense and attack simultaneously, targeting attack to a vulnerable part of body eye, neck, throat, face, ribs, foot, finger, knee, etc. Strikes like Karate and Boxing Throws and Takedown as Aikido and wrestling organize your instinctive reflexes to neutralize the sudden attack with or without weapons on street or anywhere.
